* 내국인 이용후기 (장점/단점)

 - 밤에 옥상에서 보는 별이 참 아름다운 호텔. 요테이산 전망도 좋고, 식사도 훌륭합니다.

 - 정말 좋았습니다. 우선 호텔이 산 중턱에 있어서 멀리 요테이 산이 보이고 들판에 소들이 있는 풍경이 영화속 아니 다큐멘터리 속 한 장면처럼 근사합니다. 호텔은 그렇게 좋은 편은 아니지만 정갈하고 깨끗해서 좋네요. 실내 실외 온센의 수질이 좋고 관리가 잘 되어있네요. / 호텔 직원들은 영어 못 합니다. 그거 매우 불편합니다.

 

* 외국인 이용후기

 - Hotel was clean. Location was good however you need a car to get around. Hotel is near to some ski resorts in Niseko. Rom was clean and spacious. However, we were slightly disappointed that we were not informed beforehand that there are no private bathrooms in the rooms.

 - The hotel is really nice. If you want to go skiing at Hanazono, I recommend to stay here. The staffs are really kind and helpful. It's a small hotel but the facilities are variety.

 - We stayed in this hotel for a short skiing vacatoin. The Japanese futon rooms were spacious and the futons were comfortable (for futons!). In the winter months the hotel runs a free shuttle bus to near by Hanazono ski area. You have to sign up for this the night before. Other ski areas are reachable by taxi (about 4000yen each way to Hirafu). The hotel serves breakfast in the morning, but dinner needs to be reserved in advance. There are no restaurants near by, so we bought food to the hotel or ate out. The onsen was the highlight of our stay. Beautiful indoor and outdoor areas.

 - The hotel is really nice. The staffs are really kind. There are a lot of activities to do even it is a small hotel. We are really enjoy with the Onsen after skiing. The hotle quite old but very clean.

 - shuttle bus only 4 times per day (09:00, 10:30 Hotel to JR, 15:00, 16:30 JR to Hotel).

 - Even though we booked a non-smoking room upon arrival we were presented with the choice to either sleep in a smoking room or leave the hotel. Upon inspection of the room it turned out that the room didn't just have a mild smell of smoke in it but it smelled literally like a full ashtray. Since the management didn't even show an interest in resolving the situation we left the hotel.

 - The place are far away from the city only this hotel, the hotel is really nice from the outside but the western style room are not very good and a little bit old maintenance-nya well, the hotel staff is friendly and so good with customer but this place is far away from convenient store or supermarket and no hotel free trnsport to the city only to kutchan station and hanzano ski area make you difficult if don't have car or rent a car... that all.

 - My first visit to Japan and it started at this amazing hotel. The service and amenities were wonderful. Having the onsen at the hotel was a great way to end the day after skiing the amazing mountains in the area.

 - Avoid this hotel during winter, because nobody update about the access road closed, nobody answer phone calls when you are asking for help. You might end up paying for room charges which you don't manage to check-in because you can't find the hotel. The location is very quiet & nobody to ask for help. The hotel booking agent changed me for "no show". I felt I was being cheated.

 - Food is wonderful. There is no public transportation or hotel shutle bus to Hirafu town. Need to take taxi, which is costly.

 - Everything was perfect. The kindness of staff, the incredible onsen and sauna, varied breakfast... This place is so peaceful and quiet, only surronded by mountains. The menu for dinner is a little bit difficult to understand for foreigners but you'll have the eprfect taste of Japan!

 - Good onsen, Good food. No shuttle to Hirafu, Room was smokers, very smelly.

 - Onsen was great. Location was further from main Niseko ski area than expected which meant expensive taxi fares.

 - We enjoyed very much. The staff is fantastic. They have a good shuttle wervice to the Hanazono base, that is localizated only five minutes driving, every 30 minutes.

 - Their public bath was the best! You can enjoy outdoor onsen with jungle right next to you! Awesome! Location a bit far from Grand Hirafu.

 - Excellent hotel regarding its facility and service, though it is located in remote area with scheduled shuttle bus for Kutchan Station and Hanazono 308. No room wifi. 4G connection from mobile phone too slow. Otherwise it would be perfect.
