* 내국인 이용후기 (장점/단점)

 - 야경이 훌륭하며 공동 욕실도 깨끗하고 좋음 / 차가 없으면 접근하기 어려움.

 - 외관은 많이 노후된 것으로 보였으나 내부는 생각보다 깔끔하였다. 아사히카와 외곽 고지대에 위치하여 로비에서의 야경이 멋있었다. / 시내에서 많이 떨어져있어 자동차 없이 시내로 나가는 것은 불가능하다. 온천 시설이 지하에 위치하였고 View가 전혀없는 마을 목욕탕 수준이었다.

 

* 외국인 이용후기

 - Good view at a hill of the outskirt of the city. All rooms are on the East. You can see the sunrise and city and city-suruuounding high mountain peaks. Kind staff. / 4km from the city center. you may be in trouble if you have not a car.

 - Value for money. / Location is a bit far. Space is a bit small, but that's pretty normal for Japanese rooms.

 - The hotel is on a hill so nice view of the city from out room and restaurant, breakfast. Spotless in terms of cleanliness and staff helped us find a restaurant to eat out and shopping centre. / The breakfast was poor in terms of choice and quality. We've stay in many hotels in Japan for several years and this is the first time we thought the food was not good. Our Japanese friends travelling with us were even more critical.

 - Even driving on the icy road to the Hotel was a bit terrible but the City view from the room is worthy for it, the breakfast is fine with many Japanese favourites.

 - We arrived at around 4 pm so we were expecting to have dinner there. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed and they don't even have cup noodles. Besides, there were no eateries or convenient stores nearby. We didn't even bother to go to the onsen. To be honest we didn't sleep well that night. We checked out at around 8am and head straight to the city. We promised never to visit that hotel again and will not dare to recommend to any of my friends who are planing to visit Asahikawa. Very disappointing. Where did you all get the ratings for that hotel?? Very deceiving indeed. You better do your homework before you start giving good ratings for such a place. Check with the staff if you believe what I said. Ask them what have they got for us that day.

 - The officers are very helpful and kind. / The location is rather poor for ones without car.

 - Very nice city view, hotel extremely clean. Very nice welcome by the hotel manager with a welcome snack. / nothing.

 - Too far away from JR station. Need to take 15 min taxi to the hotel AND is behind a graveyard.

 - Very very nice city view, great service, very recommend for those who have car. / Not various choice of breakfast. A bit hot in the room (sometime).

 - Excellent view of Asahikawa from the hotel. Very good internet connection but do request for the wifi adapter from the reception. Nice and cosy lobby area. The staff was nice and gave us some breakfast bars and bottled water. There is packet drip coffee (douter) in the roomm. / Location is not near to JR. It is not convenient if you don't have a car. It was not easy to find after dark. The rooms are dated. The room can be quite warm but you can request for a fan.

 - The view of the town especially at night is awesome! / I wish breakfast is included in the price.

 - Friendly staff, hot onsen, restaurant on site, good ficilities. / Dated interior, but that's expected and not necessarily a bad thing.
