* 내국인 이용후기 (장점/단점)

 - 시레토고 자연유산 보러 이틀 숙박합니다. 우로토 버스터미널에서 15분 정도 도보거리인데 힐 위에 있어 경사가 있습니다. 물론 자동차여행일 경우에는 전혀 문제가 아닙니다. 규모가 크고 호텔방도 아주 넓고 뷰도 좋습니다. 대욕장도 훌륭하고. 일본 단체 여행대형버스도 여러대 들어오고 승용차도 수십대. / 아쉬운 점은 외국인들도 더러 있을텐데 영어소통직원 드물고 갑자기 고열로 고생했는데 아스피린 같은 상비약 구비되어 있지 않고 하프보드(저녁식사 포함)이었는데 저녁식당이 아침과 같은 식당-호텔식당이 2개나 더 있는데 불구-이고 해산물 등 음식의 퀄리티가 마이 떨어지네요. 여긴 저녁에 밖에 나가 먹을 데도 없어요. 인근의 호텔식당 외에는.

 

* 외국인 이용후기

 - Hotel rooms were clean and spacious. There was sufficient space to sleep at least 4 people though we only had 2. Hotel staff spoke minimal english which means you can't get much help if you have queries. Had wanted to get an english map of the surrounding areas of the hotel but the reception staff couldn't find one (we translated that request using google translate). There was a wide variety of food at the buffet dinner. Was quite impressed with the mini hotpot that you could select a variety of ingredients and soup base from. There was plenty of different onsen types to choose from at their public bath. Felt like a water theme park if you're new to the idea of public bath.

 - The location of the hotel is very good. It is just located next to a very good spot for viewing sunset. We are very fortunate to meet a very good day and the sunset is spectacular. The dinner buffet is very good. After more than a week of cold veggies, we are so happy to find a hot pot on the table for each guest. We have very good hot food for two days.

 - Stayed three nights as this is a convenient location to visit the attractions in the Shari area. Room was nice and spacious, combining western beds with a Japanese living area, with seperate bathroom and toilet and changing room. Stayed at the end of the 5th floor in the new wing, with a side view of Utoro and facing the hotel open air car park. The area around the hotel is quiet. The only points of interest nearby are a hot springs foot bath and campgrounds with a scenic viewpoint of the port and sunset. Dinner buffet where you place vegetables and choice of soup base. Saw many children enjoying the chocolate and matcha fondue. Would rate the food as good but not outstanding. Breakfast was typical Japanese food and a small selection of break and cereal. The only negative comment is the crowds of tour bus guests. Timing for dinner and breakfast is needed to avoid very crowded dining room. The staff thoughout the hotel were exxtremely efficient and polite.

 - I read the previous review about this hotel, mostly complained about service but we still chose this hotel. I found that the staff were so nice and helpful. Service is good. Food is buffet dinner and has wide varieties, including local food. We did enjoy food in Hokkaido and this hotel. The location is not so near the beach, but it is in walking distance to port and restaurant.

 - This japanese hotel was on the cliff next to the japan sea. You could view beautiful sunset on the way to the hotel and the famous drift ice!! Can also view along the way without going into the ship!! It was such amazing view I encourage everyone to see! The hotel was also used in the past by the king of japan himself and his wife so you could imagine how grand it could be!! The onsen was large. You should try the outdoor onsen!! It is a beautiy! For dinner they serve hotspot all you can eat and buffet breakfast. Of course the rumor is true that the breakfast closed exactly 9:30!! That means everyone out!! All the staff would stand and bow until you leave the room. It is their culture and we accept this, it is what we came for that is to see their culture. Other tahn that the japanese rooms are spacious and the futon is soft and comfy. Would look forward to come again.

 - We had two wonderful nights at the Shiretoko Prince Hotel Kazanamiki. Caught the local bus from Shiretoko-Shari station and were dropped right at the door. Our room was really large and beautifully appointed with views across to the drift ice (910) Beds were comfortable with additional toppers available if needed. Our stay included half board, the breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent. Lots of choices (predominately Japanese). We enjoyed making our own individual hot pots at our table at dinner (both nights). Staff are really efficient and very helpful. Hotel is within walking distance of the nature and light show. Also within walking distance of the town centre.
