* 내국인 이용후기 (장점/단점)

 - 넓고 깨끗하고 오래된 숙소입니다.

 - 시설이 너무 노후되었고 방안에 시설이 아무것도 없어 불편하였습니다.

 - 로비에 들어가면서 첫 인상이 이 호텔은 잘 안되는 것 같구나 라는 인식이 확 옵니다. 환기를 안 했는지 퀴퀴한 냄새가 룸에 들어갈 때까지 납니다. 다른 것은 그런대로인데, 칙칙한 분위기와 냄새는 피로를 가중시키더라구요. 담에는 다른 곳으로 선택해야겠습니다.

 - 출장 후 좋은 휴식이었음.

 - 로비, 객실 등이 대체로 한적하고 조용함. 예식장이 함께 있어서 주말 등에 조금 정신없을 수는 있음. 지역 내에서 가장 유명한 유성호텔, 리베라호텔 바로 인접한 곳이라 여러 온천탕을 가보기에도 편리할 듯함. 대체로 친절하고 깨끗한 편. 클래식한 인테리어 스타일 좋게 보면 올드 상하이 스타일. 외관은 유럽식 건물. 식사는 무난하였음. 욕실과 객실이 큰 편. 지하철역에서 멀지 않고 극장이 가까움. / 온천탕이 옆 건물인데 붐비는 편. 지역 자체가 모던한 분위기의 호텔이 전혀 없고 이 호텔도 클래식한 스타일. 조식 뷔페가 항상 오픈되는 것이 아니고, 단체손님이 많거나 할 때 오픈한다 함. 전체적으로 유성 자체가 로맨틱, 모던한 곳은 아니고 온천이 주목적이므로 근처 유성, 리베라호텔을 가봤거나 좀 더 한적한 곳을 찾거나 할 때 무난할 듯 합니다.

 - 유명한 유성 온천단지에 위치. 옆에 대전에서 유명한 리베라며 유성호텔이 있다. 유성IC에서 차로 10분 정도 걸리고, 5분 거리에 충남대도 위치해있다. 객실은 트윈이었는데 꽤 넓다. 둘이 쓰기엔 충분하다. 물론 약간 오래되어 냄새가 나는 게 흠. 저렴한 가격에 대전에서 가장 번화한 곳에 위치하니 메리트는 있다. 1층에서는 조식도 제공하는데 죽 정식이 1만원 정도 한다.

 

* 외국인 이용후기

 - The hotel was very pleasant and the room was quite large and comfortable. The staff were friendly and even suggested a restaurant nearby when I asked for a particular food that I wanted to have with a colleague. The immediate neighbourhood is a little seedy, but it wasn't noisy in the room, and if you walked to the left rather than the right outside the front door, it really wasn't an issue. I didn't feel any safety issues, and I would happily stay there again if I travel to Daejeon in the future.

 - Upon entering my room, my first thought was 1970's Las Vegas room. The room is dated and shows its age, with scuff marks on walls, slightly ripped wallpaper, spots of mildew in the shower. But the front desk service was great. The heating / cooling system was not easy to control. I went in Fall with outside temps in low 30's F but still had to keep my windows open at night to keep the room from getting too warm, despite the ventilation system being turned off. The front desk staff helped through the day with taxis, recommending nearby restaurants and general directions. The staff understood English, which was quite helpful for me to help with taxi drivers and guide them to my destination.

 - The manager here bends over backwards to accommodate his customers. I've been here twice and both times was treated very well and the service was excellent. The hotel feels kind of old but its still nice. The area is ok.. All depends on what you're looking for. Internet is free and there's a sauna here.

 - This hotel is very dated, but I think that since Daejeon is not a big tourist town, that is probably a common theme among the hotels. We slept in a Korean double, which meant a queen bed (hard) for my husband and I and the floor (heated with mats and pillows) for our 3 children. The spa is in the building next door and it is really a Korean bath house, google that for more info. No real place to hang out at the hotel which was our biggest challenge (pool, game room, whatever) and so we had to stay in the room or go out. Also, the lack of concierge was pretty significant since americans seem to be pretty rare in the area especially a family on vacation.
