* 내국인 이용후기 (장점/단점)

 - 호텔 지하에 위치한 목욕 시설과 2층에 있는 응접실이 매우 만족스러웠습니다.

 - 호텔 주변, 위치 / 저녁식사.

 - 조용하고 힐링하기에 딱 좋았어요. 온천은 최고인 듯 합니다. / 교통편이 조금 불편하고, 다른 료간에 비해 카이세키가 조금 부족한 듯 합니다.

 - The dinner and the black first was perfect and the bath in the private garden with snow it was amazing experience ever.

 - A very nice and quiet hotel located at the side of the Lake Shikotsu-ko, you can have a morning walk along side of the Lake. Staffs are very polite, and food is good. They have free coffee and tea room, that you can enjoy it any time during your stay. They have onsen at the hotel is nice, if you like to spend more, you can have the private onsen in your room. However, the price is a bit expansive to me.

 - Staff are very caring and sincere. Location is excellent with beautiful lake view.

 - Everything good. courteous staff, comfortable room, nice onsen, great foods. Location was good too. Just a short comfortable walk to the beautiful Lake Shikotsuko.

 - I took the private onsen that cost a little more. There are public onsen tithin the hotel. The view from my private onsen is very boring, like in your backyard. There was very little english spoken, infact the restaurant waiter speech better english than the hotel counter staff.

 - Outdoor Hot Spring, Dinner is good. The bathroom is too small.

 - Hotel and restaurant staff are extremely warm and welcoming. Room is spacious and nicely set up especially the tatami sitting area. Temperature cannot be controlled in room. Heater was on warm, warmer and warmest. The only solution provided is to open up the sliding door which opens up to the outside (level 1).

 - Location by the lake. Free shuttle bus to/from Chitose train station. Room - large, clean; but ask for lake view. Free coffee and tea all day. No wifi, Food was just okay.

 - Hotel has a relaxing atmosphere. Although a lot of Japan onsen hotel only provides wifi in public area, this hotel do not provide wifi in the hotel at all.

 - Calm, peaceful place. No-wifi.

 - I told the staff I don't eat fish, they changed the menu from to crab, very good. The staff are good service and an English speaker make communications much easier. A little bit old, otherwise everything is good.

 - English speaking friendly staff, great traditional facitilies, private, peaceful hotel. The room was tidy but the bed was hard. Transportation: We tood local bus both ways because there was limitied number of seating on the free shuttle bus. Local bus also has strict time schedule (convenient) but doesn't run often- so make sure you check when you plan! I found leaving from Chitose JR subway line (or Chitose airport- if you are coming directly from the airport) is more convenient than taking afrom a random subway station, since the station has a mall just in case you miss the bus then you can spend time there. FYI the bus ride was approximately 50 mins. Food: awesome traditional Japanese food. Surroundings: we didn't have time to enjoy the nature by taking walks around the lake but it was beautiful. If you have a chance, take a stroll around the place. Overall my family was satisfied with the stay.

 - Very nice hotel and the spa was very awesome. I could stay in the hotel day by day. The lake was just beside of the hotel, you can enjoy the beautiful view when you wake up on the morning. 100 score for this hotel, the dinner and breakfast were wonderful! I wish I could come there again!
