* 내국인 이용후기 (장점/단점)

 - 부모님 모시고 가는 여행인데 평이 없어서 걱정했거든요... 기대 이상이었습니다. 너무 좋았어요. 비수기여서 그랬는지 손님이 별로 없어서 더더욱 그랬던 것 같습니다. 조용하고 한적한 게 쉬기 너무 좋은 장소였습니다. 다음번에 갈 기회가 있다면 꼭 다시 가보고 싶습니다. 아.. 한가지 더요. 한국인 직원이 계시더군요. 집에 돌아가기 전날 한국사람 만났다고 부모님이 너무 좋아하셨습니다.

 - Great boutique near the ski slopes. Near supermarkets as well.

 - Really enjoyed our short stay at Chalet Ivy. The convenience to the mountain, helpfulness of everyone who worked there, location to restaurants, and straight-forword ski concierge service meant that, for us, it was totally worth the price to ensure we could eek as much out of four day as possible!

 - Hotel staff was very helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. Thank you!!

 - I lost over $2K booking this hotel. I booked this hotel for a trip to Niseko. My flight to Sapporo was diverted to Tokyo mid air due to weather. After a 3 hour turned 14 hour trip, the Chitose airport was closed and we could not make it to Niseko. We called the hotel immediately and explained the situation. They were not understanding at all and had a 60 day cancellation in advance policy and would not budge on any extenuating circumstance. They wouldn't even offer a partial refund for the secand night that we booked. I would definitely warn against booking this hotel- don't end up out of $2K like I did.

 - Very tidy, clean, and a very good hot spring arrangement.

 - Hotel is located very near to Grand Hirafu Gondola Base. Nice view of the ski slopes. Food options are abundant. Shuttle service is free and they were pretty flexible with timing. Room is pretty spacious with nice soft pillows and comforter. The only down side that I can think of is the breakfast spread. It will be good if they have more choices available.

 - It is very convenience to go around to the famous place such as to play snow tube at Hanazono area... food shop near the hotel and also the convenince shop as well. the best things which the hotel provide the free shuttle bus to Max Value... to Katchan train station.. we all love to stay here. The Chalet Ivy Hotel.. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you for your best services...

 - Everything was fantastic from the service of the staff to the rooms. The staff to the rooms. The staffs were very hospitable, helping us check on which onsens were nearby and on the skis and such.

 - Great location, close to all the shops/rentals/restaurants. Hotel is a little bit old, but service was decent.

 - great location near Ace family lift. Close to restaurants and ski shops. Ski concierge at the hotel to help with all ski matters. Nice claen rooms with great views.

 - Nice place if planning to ski Niseko. Not ski-up but only 200m walk to lifts. We liked being in Hirafu village because of proximity to restaurants etc. Hotel was comfortable but not flash. Very attentive staff. Only downside was they pushed together two single beds to make a double - not very romantic. I would stay again.

 - Chalet Ivy is very close to the Welcome centre just a 1-2min walk down the hill. Great room size. Breakfast was great. Ski and snowboard hire was excellent with the prices the same to all other hire companies and good quality gear. Highly recommend!

 - Wonderful small hotel only about 100m from lifts. Very gracious staff. Rooms small (typical for Japan) but very comfortable. Included breakfast with varied food and good quality. Onsen(free single-gender or $20 private for couple) outstanding, perfect place to end the ski day.

 - Very friendly and helpful staff.

 - A really good hotel bar with good drinks and nice Onsen.
