* 내국인 이용후기 (장점/단점)

 - 역으로부터 가까운 거리에 위치해있으며, 특히 아침식사는 부근 최고라고 생각합니다. 최신식의 호텔은 아니지만 깨끗하게 관리가 되어있어 숙박 자체는 좋았습니다. / 호텔 주변에 아무런 편의시설이 없는 것이 아쉽습니다. 가까운 편의점도 없었네요.

 

* 외국인 이용후기

 - The room is one of the best ones during our 23-days trip in Japan - very spacious and clean and the bed is very comfortable. They offered some toiletries at the front desk and the room as well. It is very close to the station. The onsen bath is very comfortable too. Both my husband and I enjoyed staying here.

 - First time experience hot spring. The best part within the hotel facilities.

 - Convenient, near to station and friendly staffs.

 - The hotel is a bit old but everything works. The room size was excellent! Very rare in Japan with rooms of this size. Bed was comfortable. Wifi was good but a bit cumbersome to connect to. You will need to redo it on a daily basis. Easy access to train-station.

 - I loved quiet, and clean facilities in its entiretly.

 - Saved us as we were snowed-in at Chitose Airport (along with many other flights). A little far away from Chitose (7,000yen taxi from airport) but one of only a few options. Pretty industrial town but ok shopping options at Aeon mall.

 - Near train station and Mega Donki. Asked for wake up call but none of our rooms got it. Called reception but the staff didn't understand. So much for the name of hotel, international.

 - Staff tried to be helpful. The restaurant on the main floor was good value for money. Please let foreign tourists know in English waht is happeing during emergencies. I was very scared when the early moring 6.7 magnitude earthquake struck on the 6 September 2018.

 - Good location. Clean. Bad wifi. Expensive.

 - Friendly staff. Close to train station. Close to Sapporo airport. Cheap!!

 - Hotel Wing International Tomakomai was a great place to stay. Staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and spacious. Many places to park. The hotel offered a breakfast at their cafe, it looked like a nice selection of Japanese and western food however it was a little too expensive.

 - Shower room is japan style!! I loved!!! Just looking building.

 - The front desk staff was extremely nice and the facility was great-we stayed here prior to our morning flight out of New Chitose Airport and while it was a bit further than expected. Would've been nice if parking was complimentary.

 - Nice staffs. Air condition is hot.
