* 내국인 이용후기 (장점/단점)

 - 위치도 좋았고, 대체적으로 만족하였습니다. / 아쉬운 점은 보일러 고장으로 친구가 묵은 방은 추웠다고 합니다.

 - 차이나타운 관광이었는데 매우 좋은 위치였어요. 직원분들이 매우 친절하셨고 편하게 잘 쉬고왔어요.

 - 춥고, 시끄럽고, 이불 청결하지 못하고, 직원 잔소리에 당황스러웠음. 한강에서 맛볼 수 있다는 즉석 라면이 공짜.

 - 별 기대 안 하고 잠만 자자는 생각으로 예약했던 숙소인데 생각보다 좋았어요. 필요한 건 다 있고, 화장실도 넓었고, 무엇보다 역에서 접근성이 괜찮았습니다. 조금만 걸으면 차이나타운, 동화마을, 신포시장 등등 있어서 만족스럽게 여행했습니다.

 - 체크인이 2시부터인 줄 알고 갔지만 체크인 시간이 2시부터가 아니라는 말을 듣고 좀 황당한 경험을 했네요. 인천 차이나타운 안에 있는 숙소라 거리상은 매우 좋았으나, 난방이 잘 안 되는지 추웠습니다.

 - 호텔 위치가 거의 어디든 걸어갈 수 있을 정도라서 매우 편리합니다. 교통이 매우 훌륭한 호텔입니다. 모든 직원분들이 친절해서 칭찬하려고 호텔 측에 편지도 보냈습니다. / 방에 들어갔는데 크기가 작아서 실망스러웠습니다.

 - 남편이랑 회의 참여 때문에 하루 동안 머물렀습니다. 이 호텔은 사무실 바로 뒤편에 있어서 매우 좋았고, 조용했습니다. 호텔은 훌륭한 위치에 자리잡고 있습니다. 매우 깨끗하게 유지되고 있었고, 직원분들은 매우 친절합니다.

 

* 외국인 이용후기

 - We arrived early from our flight and the staff was more than accommodating. The room itself was hotel standard clean. Transportation was offered to areas of interest. Hotel is at a very good location. Lovely area of town. The price for the hotel was very good. An oasis in the concrete jungle.

 - The room is maintained very clean throughout our stay. The location of the property is excellent. Wifi is available in the room haha. The staff are so friendly and eager to help in any way. Transportation is easy to the hotel. The cheapest place to eat. I highly recommend this place.

 - I was offered a good rate. The rooms were up to my standards of clean. The landscape were beautiful throughout the day. Over a very nice hotel room. The property looked to be well taken care of. The beds were large enough to sleep comfortably. The neighborhood seems pretty safe to walk around at night.

 - This hotel is situated at the top of the hill in Inchon. It is adjacent to Chinatown an area rich in history. We stayed here because of our interest in the history of Inchon and its takeover by Japan.

 - Good location and bathroom, if a little basic. Appreciated the computer and air conditioning. The rooms are small but if there's only one of you it'll be fine. The hotel staff are super helpful and friendly but I think there are only two of them!

 - Good location, breakfast had a good selection.

 - Pillows have neck support. / Don't like to climb staircase.

 - The staff is friendly and the surrounding is quiet. It can easily access to the shopping area down the street. / Many steep slopes arouond the surrounding especially the route to Chinatown nearby.

 - Staff was really friendly. When the television in our room didn't work, she opened up another room just for us to watch the TV! / Location was quite hard to hind. From incheon station, it is past an uphill slope then past a downhill slope.
