* 내국인 이용후기 (장점/단점)

 - 위치가 좋아요. / 금액이 비싸요.

 - 답답하지만 그런대로 편함. 식사 제공되지 않음 / 장시간 8시간 이상 고객 할인적용 및 숙박고객 식사 제공 되지 않은 점.

 - 생각보다 쾌적하고 위치도 좋았어요. / 칫솔 치약 세트도 5천원에 판매하고 있어요. 가격대비 기본 어메니티가 부족해요.

 - 10시간 정도의 환승 시간 동안 편안하게 쉬다 갔습니다. / 이용객들 중 한국인이 많이 없어서 그런지 한국인 대응은 그렇게 우호적이지 않다고 느꼈습니다.

 - 환승객에게는 아주 편리한 위치 / 침대가 너무 작아 불편함.

 - 예약하고 숙박은 못했습니다. 호텔 들어가는 정보가 나와있지 않아서 다른 호텔처럼 이용 가능한 줄 알았네요. 호텔 이용 정보 상세히 알려주세요.

* 외국인 이용후기

 - Bit pricey but still nice bed and hot shower during a long alyover. Would be nice to offer a complimentary bottle or 2 of water. Will stay again.

 - Convenient but be aware that you cannot check in then leave the airport and come back for some reason. They send you an email after you book nonrefundable rooms. No separate wifi, just the airport wifi which worked briefly only. Bed was hard, rooms were small, but the bathroom was nice. Difficult to figure out which TV channels would have programming in English. Pretty quiet except for the cleaning lady next door in the morning.

 - I stayed at the transit hotel on a long layover at Incheon. The location is amazing, right across from gate 43. You never have to leave the terminal when transiting to your connecting international flight. While the location is great, the hotel itself was a bit disappointing due to how loud it is at the hotel. Whether it was cleaning people coming by at all hours or discourteous other travelers having loud conversations is the hallway, there was no sense of peace and quiet at this hotel. The rooms are small as one would expect, but they are clean and modern. WIFI connectivity was spotty and I often had trouble connecting to the nearest AP, with slow internet speeds. It's the only hotel actually in the terminal, however, so there are no other options for better service. They also rent in 12 hour increments, so know that when checking in (you don't have a full day, just an hour block.)

 - 2 people need 2 beds imo if you are western size. Some dlients talk in the hallways and slam doors but that's not the hotels fault. Good shower. Buffet not for hotel customers unless pay extra. Select one of 2 transit hotel locations nearest the gates you need.

 - Hotel is expensive relative to most similar ones outside the secure area. There are no signs until you are right in front of it. Hotel warns by email that going through immigration is a big mistake, but doesn't say that you must go through in-transit security to get to the Departure concourse where the hotel is located. You want Gate 43 on Departure level. NOT gate 43 on the Arrival level. Asking airport staff for directions can be worse than useless. Hotel signs would be better. Hotel room is small, basic, and not soundproofed at all. But better than a bench in the terminal. Shower works well. Bed is midsize but comfortable. There are international electric sockets hidden under a little panel on the desk. The Korean sockets elsewhere in the room are unlike those found elsewhere. When planning your checkout time, be sure you know which terminal to go to, and allow enough time. The train is on 5 minute cycles, but there are long pedways and many long escalators. Incheon is large and seem designed to emphasize duty free marketing.

 - Hotel staff very accommodatin - room small but sufficient for layover needs.

 - This is the place you just go to sleep and shower before you catch your flight. Hallway with bunch of rooms inside the airport. The only thing going on for them is the location before security so you don't have to pass security or immigration. Very expensive for 12 hours stay, but better than the bench.

 - This is transfer hotel. ideal hotel for long layover in Incheon airport. Hotel staff and receptionist are friendly.

 - For this money you can stay at Hayatt with breakfast and free shuttle. Better to spend another 30min and go somewhere else. this is really disappointing that such a great airport provide such a poor hotel. Customer service is below anything... room of 2* hotel. $200 for 12 hours...
