* 내국인 이용후기 (장점/단점)

 -  건물은 오래 되었으나 룸 관리가 깔끔하였으며, 침대에 깨끗히 새로 빨아 준비된 뽀송뽀송한 이불들이 좋았습니다. 봄이였지만 날씨가 갑자기 추운 날이였는데, 밤새 뜨뜻하게 보일러 틀어주셔서 푸욱 잘 잤네요. 체크인, 체크아웃 할 때 카운터에 계셨던 분도 매우 친절하고 기분좋게 응답해주셔서 감사했습니다. 부산역 바로 옆이라서 위치도 매우 좋고, 가격대비 훌륭합니다. 친구와의 여행, 출장, 가족분들과 오시기에 좋은 숙소입니다. / 엘리베이터가 없습니다.

 - 친구랑 여행갔는데 모텔에 많지 않은 트윈 베드!! 좋아요~ 침구류가 깔끔해요. 암막커튼 친구가 좋아했어요. 잠 잘 온다고.. 베개도 높지 않아서 잘 잤네요~ / 오래된 건물이네요.. 외부도, 내부도 낡았어요.. 그런 게 별로 상관 없다면... 엘리베이터도 없어서 계단ㅜㅜ 힘들어요ㅋ

 - 방이 춥지만 침대가 따뜻해서 괜찮음. 부산역에서 가까워서 좋음. / 직원이 친절하지만 숙박 당일 확인 연락을 안 해줌.

 - 저렴한 가격, 부산역과 인접한 위치, 생각보다 훨씬 청결한 위생 상태를 보였습니다. 무엇보다 저렴한 가격이 최고였습니다. 감사합니다. 다음에 또 이용하겠습니다.

 - 주차장이 없습니다. 귀신소리 같은 이상한 작은 소리가 밤에 계속 나며, 비둘기가 창문 근처에 왔다갔다 하며 계속 웁니다. 비둘기의 울음소리＋퍼덕거리는 소리 이게 꼭 도둑 들어오는 소리처럼 들려서 사람 놀라게 하더군요. 그래도 부산역이 가까워서 좋더군요...

 - 부산역과 가깝고 상대적으로 가격이 저렴한 점이 좋았습니다. / 약간 허름해 보여서 아쉬웠습니다.

 

* 외국인 이용후기

 - I booked 40 mins before arrived. Teh staffs were helpful and kind. Facilities is so so. Wifi too slow. There are unpleasant smell.

 - It is so close to Busan KTX station, the staff hardly spoke english but you will feel their warmth and sincerity during your stay. We arrive pass 12mn and they woke up to hand our keys.

 - The distance is near with subway and convenience store. The owner friendly and helpful.

 - The room is value for what I have paid. Equipped with all the necessary facilities. Although the room design is abit old but overall still new and comfortable to stay. The hotel is equipped with CCTV and bell ringing when somebody step in. However, it would be better if there is a passcode lock at the main door for better safety porpose.

 - Good location / Staff bad service.

 - Location is good which is close to the train station. The facility is old, the room has no window. The bathroom is dirty.

 - The staff so nice. A bit oldcheap.

 - A simple hotel with a very nice service and a great internet connection. A great price and comfort in Busan.

 - If there ever was a stereotypical small, older hotel by a train station, then this is it. First, reception is on the 1st floor, so climb up some stairs. 2nd, it is literally just a small window, so if you are unfamiliar with the Korean system, it may throw you off a little bit. The receptionist lady was very nice though and the check in process lasted about 30 seconds. The room itself was adequate for the price point, but nothing more. There is a modern TV and the internet was good. The water was hot and you get a heated blanket as well, which makes me think in the colder months heat comes at a premium. All in all, my 2 day stay was pleasant enough. This seems to be a place where sailors stay, as this is a port city by the train station. Russian seems to be spoken a lot. However, that was just my short experience. The highlight? When I left, I was given a small bag of chocolates, moon pie and juice box. That was quite a nice touch.
